Street Photography in Bangkok’s Chinatown.
I had only been in Bangkok for a day or two before stumbling across the Chinatown area with its busy bright streets, tuk tuks, markets, street food, and people everywhere. If you are ever in Bangkok I would say Chinatown is one of those areas you definitely do not want to miss for lots of great photography opportunities.
Tuk Tuk
This first image was captured as I walked across the street and pausing briefly to capture random images with no expectations - but here it is - a great image of a tuk tuk in the busy streets of Chinatown in Bangkok.
Captured with the Olympus OMD EM1 MkII, and the Olympus 7-14mm f2.8 ultra wide lens.
Settings: 1/250 sec, f/2.8, ISO 4000.

Street Food Vendor
In addition to the Tuk Tuks, you will find some entertaining street food vendors. Here, I found a dim sim chef cooking up a firestorm and happy to entertain those walking by. The fire from the burner was so hot and fierce that I overexposed the flame and could not get any detail back, but I still believe the image is worth a share given the story it tells. Sometimes, the story an image tells is more important than having it technically perfect.
Captured with the Olympus OMD EM1 MkII, and the Olympus 7-14mm f2.8 ultra wide lens.
Settings: 8mm, 1/50 sec, f/5.0, ISO 1600.
