Welcome…

My name is James (Jimmy) and my wife is Katrina. Back in 2004 I started my first-ever travel blog using WordPress. It was called ‘EuroTrip 2004’ and I shared the adventures of my first-ever trip to Europe with family and friends back home. Back then it required some HTML knowledge and the ability to wade through some code. Today, creating a website is as simple as using Microsoft Word. 

Sadly, at the time of creating that website I didn’t realise the future potential of what I had started, and I stopped once I returned home.

Now in 2024 i decided to start this website. Difference is I now have 20yrs more website experience, 20yrs more travel experience, 20yrs more photography experience, and 20yrs more life experience. Therefore, I have decided to see if I can use all those years of experience to create something useful to share with others.

My goal with the site is to help others with their travel and photography journey - and maybe make their adventure a little less challenging before my time on the planet is over.
